About Melissa:

Since 2006, I have been helping borrowers with purchasing and refinancing their homes. I currently specialize is new construction, bridge loans, and land loans.

It brings me joy to help borrowers purchase their land, help them build their dream home, and then be able to help get them in a long term loan that fits their needs. I strive to provide a superior level of service to my customers by responding quickly, keeping my customers updated regarding the next steps and helping them choose the right products.

I was born and raised in Kansas City, Northland. I have been married for 15 years. We have a daughter, a son, and two Belgian Malinois. My family and I enjoy spending time together, watching sports, traveling, and anything outside.
